PRICING YOU RECEIVE WHILE LOGGED-IN IS CONFIDENTIAL
Once logged-in to your account, all pricing provided to you by our website is private and confidential. You may download or copy the contents of your cart for YOUR PERSONAL USE ONLY. IT IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED to provide or share copies of your cart and it's contents, including confidential pricing, to other retailers or dealers. No right, title or interest in any downloaded materials is transferred to you as a result of any such downloading or copying. You may not reproduce, publish, transmit, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, sell or participate in any sale of or exploit in any way, in whole or in part, any of the contents of this site.
 
Introductory Period
New accounts created online are subject to a (6) month introductory period. NSL in it's sole discretion, may deactivate any online created account that NSL deems has been abandoned by the customer or where the customer who created the online account did not make a purchase from NSL online, over the phone or in person within (6) months of the account's creation date.
 
Termination
NSL in it's soles discretion, may terminate this Agreement and deactivate customer's online account at any time without refund of any identification verification fees paid by customer and may do so immediately without notice if in NSL's sole discretion customer has failed to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement.
