| ORDERS & PAYMENTS | ||
| ORDERS All orders are placed by customer under contract and payment must be received at time of order by NSL prior to NSL's acceptance of an order. Unless otherwise specified at time of order by customer, NSL may ship and invoice parts of an order separately. All orders are subject to cancellation by NSL, at NSL's sole discretion. PAYMENTS We currently accept the following payment methods: Cash, Check, Money-Order, Wire Transfer along with the major credit cards: American Express, Discover, Master Card & Visa issued by U.S.A. financial institutions. WE CAN NOT ACCEPT any credit card issued outside of the United States. If you place an order online and use a foreign issued credit card, your order will be cancelled and the amount of the original charge to your credit card will be refunded back to your card's account. NSL will not be responsible for any loss to you due to a difference in exchange rate that may occur between the time of the charge and the time of the refund. |

Many items we sell fall under a manufacturer's advertising price policy which limits the amount of discount we can offer online to the general public. We can and do sell many of these items at prices lower than we are permitted by the manufacturer to publicly advertise. |

| STOCK ITEMS | ||
| Except for in the instance when a stock item is temporarily out
of stock, all stock items typically ship within (1-2) business days. |

| SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS | ||
| Special Order items are charged for at time
of order. Typically if the
manufacturer has the item in stock, the estimated time to arrive at our warehouse
is 7-14 days. All orders for special order items are ordered under contract
and that once submitted, special orders may not be cancelled and no refund
will be provided except for in the instance where the manufacturer's estimated
ship date to NSL exceeds (8) weeks. NSL will notify customer as to the
manufacturer's estimated ship date of any special order item where the
manufacturer's estimated ship date to NSL may exceed (14)
days. If the manufacturer of the special ordered item has the item in stock and the manufacturer is willing to drop-ship the item directly to you, then the delivery time to your location may be as fast as if we had the item in stock and shipped it to you from our warehouse. If the manufacturer has the item in stock however will not drop ship the item directly to you, delivery time of your order will be slightly delayed. The average time required for an item to be shipped from the manufacture and then received at our warehouse is typically 7-14 business days. Special orders received at our warehouse ship within (1) business day from the date we receive them from the manufacturer. Special order items that are custom built or built to order may take several weeks from the time an order is submitted until the time the manufacturer can ship. This is particularly true for some wood box speakers, custom trussing, custom cases, custom audio snake cables and all other items that are custom configured or assembled. Prior to ordering a custom built or built to order item, we suggest you call or email us for availability and estimated delivery time. |

| FRAUD PROTECTION / ADDRESS VERIFICATION | ||
| To help protect you against unauthorized use of your credit card,
we verify the billing and shipping address of every order. If you require
your order to ship to an address other than your billing address (the address
where your credit card statements are mailed) the alternate
shipping address must be on file with the issuing bank of your credit
card. You may call your credit card company and have them add an alternate
shipping address to your credit card account. Please note that some banks
will not allow an alternate address to be added to a debit card account.

| If your order is shipping to an address within the Commonwealth
of Pennsylvania, your order will be charged the appropriate amount of sales

| TITLE/RISK | ||
| Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected
by NSL is NSL's responsibility. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping
by a carrier selected or arranged by the customer is the customer's
responsibility. |

| IF YOU RECEIVE DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE or INCORRECTLY SHIPPED ITEMS | ||
| All shortages or damages must be reported to NSL upon your receipt
of the item(s). NSL will cover all of the shipping costs involved in returning
and re-shipping any and all incorrectly shipped, defective or damaged items
using the same shipping method and service used for the original order. Damaged
or defective item(s) are usually replaced. However, the final decision to
repair or replace any item, particularly custom built items, is solely made
by the manufacturer of the item(s), not Northern Sound &
Light. |

| GENERAL DELIVERY INFORMATION | ||
| Our shipping department ships Monday through Friday.
We CAN NOT process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays
or Holidays. Orders placed online during a time when we are closed
will be entered and processed on the first day we return and are open for
business. We ship most orders U.P.S. Small Package however some items may require shipping by way of common carrier freight. If your order can not ship by way of U.P.S., an NSL Sales Team member will contact you upon receipt of your order to discuss other shipping options. Shipping and handling are additional unless otherwise expressly indicated at the time of order. All orders valued at $100.00 or more are shipped "Adult Signature Required". You must sign for your package at time of delivery. Your package will not be left unattended on your doorstep without your signature. |

| STANDARD SMALL PACKAGE SHIPPING SERVICE | ||
| We make every attempt to ship all STOCK
ITEMS within (2) business days or less. Standard ground service averages
1-5 business days in transit. Please note that STOCK ITEMS can at times sell
out and be temporarily out of stock. SPECIAL ORDER
Items are items that we typically do not have in stock and must special
order from the manufacturer in order to fill your order. Once we receive
the special order item(s) in our warehouse, we typically ship them out within
(1) business day of our receipt using the shipping service you have selected
when placing your order. |

| EXPEDITED SMALL PACKAGE SHIPPING SERVICE | ||

CODES. IF YOUR ORDER IS TIME SENSITIVE... WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU CALL IN YOUR ORDER DURING NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS. We can only verify availability and provide you an exact ship date in person or over the phone. Though we make every attempt to ship expedited orders within (1) business day, we can not guarantee the exact ship date of any order placed ONLINE including orders where expedited shipping is requested. No refunds will be provided for any fees charged for expedited shipping of orders placed online by the customer for items that are temporarily out of stock and do not ship within (1) business day from the date the order was placed online. Items temporarily out of stock will be shipped the expedited method purchased when the items are received at our warehouse from the manufacturer. For items that exceed 90lbs, expedited shipping may not be available as the items may require shipping by way of common carrier freight. If your order can not ship as requested, an NSL Sales Team member will contact you upon receipt of your order. NEXT DAY, 2ND DAY & 3RD DAY DELIVERY SERVICES Expedited services offered online are based on "Business" days. If we receive your online order on a Friday, then the next business day is Monday. We can not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. Our cut-off time for same day expedited shipping is 2:00PM EST Monday - Friday. | COMMON CARRIER FREIGHT | ||
| Common Carrier Freight (usually tractor trailer type trucks) is
used for packages that exceed either the weight or physical size limits of
UPS or FED EX standard small package services. There are currently no delivery
time options or guaranteed times for freight delivery services. As a general
rule, freight delivery times can vary from 1 - 10 days depending on the
destination. |

| WARRANTY | ||
| All warranties are with the manufacturer. NSL itself does not give any warranty, expressed or implied, including merchantability or fitness of any product for a particular purpose. | ||
| RETURN POLICY | ||
| Except for in the instance where an item
was incorrectly shipped, is defective or was damaged in shipping, the following
applies: All items are subject to a minimum restocking fee of 15% (the exact percentage may vary depending on the manufacturer of the item), or $10.00 whichever higher. Customer is responsible for all shipping expenses to return merchandise to us or to the point of origin. Returns will be refunded, less any assessed restocking fees and shipping charges, within (30) days of our receipt of the returned merchandise. ALL RETURNS All returns must be pre-approved. Upon approval, the return will be assigned a Return Authorization Number. This number must be visible on the returning package(s). No returns will be authorized and accepted for any reason after (30) days from the invoiced date of purchase. All returned items must be returned with all accessories and all original factory packaging. Items missing accessories, factory packaging or that have sustained damage while in the possession of the customer, will be assessed a restocking fee to cover our cost to restore or, depending on the extent of the damage, replace the item. THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE FOR ANY REASON: Built-to-Order or Custom Configured Items (including but not limited to wood and ATA Racks & Cases, Custom Snakes and Cables, most speakers that have a wood enclosure, modified or specially painted items, Built to order Trussing), Close Out or Discontinued Items, Items purchased on Bids or Contracts (including Purchase Orders), Personal Items (including but not limited to in-ear buds and headphones), Replacement parts (including raw speakers and drivers), Software, Special Order Items (Items that we do not typically keep in stock. Drop shipped items are not necessarily a special order item), Training Videos, Used Items. |
